Evo ones are brilliant, but too big for the S.
I am sure the Evo8 seats are exactly the same as in my R26.

Steve, they are close but not identical. The bases of JDM/UK spec Evo 8 Recaros are different - they have larger/higher bolsters.

Your seats are the same as the Recaros in Evo 5s/6s and the Accord Type R to name but a few

Chris.

Ah, good intel thanks.
This being a 2dr hatch would mean some base differences anyhow.
Very good and hold well in alcantera though.
List prices are immense for what they are.

Interesting day today, as Mase did the mapping on the AEM

I managed to get the Berk decat on this morning (thanks to Triton - and to Moto-Dynamics who also offered to help) and got the J's manifold and intake on a few weeks back so it was all ready to go

I was told stock S2000's dyno about 180-185 whp on Surrey RR, and I got 210.5 (yes i'm counting the 0.5 ) after mapping which was very good.

The AFR with the standard ECU was dangerously lean from 3-5k and I would not have liked to run like that for more than a couple of days really. AFR was about 14-14.5 which is not good. Just shows how good the breathing mods I have are!

You can see the before and after dyno plot below. Note the J's mods made a good difference on their own, and the AEM is the icing on the cake.

Lower VTEC point, very smooth AFR, good chunk of midrange power and also a good bit up top.

Great day, and thanks very much to Mase and nice to meet you. Also nice to meet Lucky, Phil, Gaspode and Mans Best (with accomplice - apologies didn't catch your name)

Car drives great now Just got to get the Modifry thing for the coolant temp.

Good results and a nice looking AFR at the end. How glad are you that you fitted the intake now?

Are you still on a stock exhaust, so things may change a little if you upgrade?
