J's Racing used to use Crux before they switched to Showa SPL; I guess they're using Nitron now

I'm using similar rate (12 kg/mm) Hyperco springs (+helper springs) on my ASM dampers and the ride is surprisingly compliant even with the bump and rebound turned up mid-way.

Front wishbones are rusted and have siezed bushed, so Mr Dixon has brushed and painted them, and some Polybushes and new bolts / sleeves have appeared!

Mark, next time I see you at a track day, I'm taking it for a test drive. By force if necessary

Chilled, no probs There's only a few people on here i'd let use it. Be interested to see what you think of it. Just not at the Ring...!

Irv, FI is for benders

Looking forward, once Dixon has done all the suspension / geo / brakes this week, it just needs Yokohamas fitting and it's good to go for the track season. Wing will be here the end of this month, and will probably just use OEM wheels for now.

I am very much looking forward to your report on this comparison. Track wise I don't think there will be much performance difference, not unless you get them specifically setup for EVERY track (which is probably where the 1.2s advantage around Tsukuba came from).

Hvae you gone for the Poly castor bushes though Mark?

MB just read about you possibly removing the skirts etc.

Ever thought of pairing your rear wing with a diffuser? Would tie the bumper and skirts in well as from a side view the rear would look at a decent height in relation to the rest.

Hi R8, if i'm honest i'm not fussed about making the car look right, It's not a show car and anything I do will be for function. I just don't want it to look too modified if possible! Going to be difficult

Ultra, hardrace spherical for the Castor.
