Update.
Having discussed the benefits of Mandrel Bending with the more informed (and some down right way to well informed) on this forum I came to the conclusion that Mandrel is the way to go.
That being the case, Permazaust were out of the running.
I then, armed with my new knowledge of backpressure and Mandrel dynamics constructed an email to Zorstec which contained words and statements like ...
Mandrel
Manifold
2 cans
a 2lt NA engine dims should be 60/70mm
But when the pipe splits?
What would you guys recommend from the Cat back, pipe dims to the split, then pipe dims to the boxes. I realise the cat is going to be a restriction but would like to reduce the possible back pressure if any that large pipes would induce after the split.
Some 7 days have passed and I was thinking one of two things had happened.
1. They thought I was taking the piss and decided to ignore me.
2. They had taken it seriously and were working on the Exhaust Dynamics to get the very best exhaust system for the S2000 to show everyone on the forum that they know what they are taking about.
Well I've got an email in reply to my question which I feel I should share with you all.

i can make whatever you like in stainless
i would make the system in 2 1/2" upto the split and then 2"
