Must be extremely cold where you are! If anything it will drink more by going that much thinner. may be a bit more rattly too.

You wont get better than Motul IMO.

Hiya mate, i have 5w40 in my car at the moment, and its motul (not the purple line), but i think it drinks oil, maybe put in about a litre in every 6 week. Its MY00.

Most people seem to recommend 5w30 as the S doesnt guzzle it as much.

You reckon i should just stick with my motul as its an old car?

I've put my car into the dealer still under warranty with the T1-R + K&N + snorkel and they have never said anything other than how loud it is
