I just cant stomach the noise a single pipe makes.

When i had my j racing T1r it was soooo loud it would have caused ear damage.

If i could get a quiet single pipe but the performance to boot that would be great I'd have one, sadly the two dont go together
Ahh, but the Spec IV is very quiet:

Pretty sure T1R do a couple of really quiet singles with resonators and stuff for people that have FI but don't want to sound like a chav

How low are you from stock Ron? I'm only about 20-25mm lower and have no problems with clearance, I'm convinced though that I would have a problem if I went even 5mm lower.

Well, the suspension is wound right down on the adjust limits.

That and I am running lower profile tyres than standard.

All in >50mm no problem!

With the exhaust sorted, I should be ok save for the inner city mountains they have.

I have also just raised mine. I've knackered all the clips on the arch liners, now I need a new ones.
I only drove about 5 miles as a test aswell

Has anyone removed theirs?

Yeah, i've heard about everyone destroying arch liner clips, mine are pristine!

Guzzie - I take it removing the mid box is something you have experience with?!

is it any wonder that I am contemptuous of lowering by more than about 20mm?
