Default Lowering standard seats

I must be growing - the steering wheel is too close to my knees now, also with my current set up and lack of skill i thought it would be wise to invest in roll over protection. So I thought it might be beneficial to distance myself from the roof as well by lowering the seats.

Im sure ive heard of people lowering their standard seats, any guidance would be much appreciated.

Also after market seat and harness recommendations appreciated for future investements.

I have bought some rails from RHD japan. They are made by a company called BackYard Japan and they were about £300 shipped.

That's the one. 20mm doesn't sound much but it does make a difference.

Throw away the standard seats and replace with bucket seats. One of the best mods you can make to the S.
