Default Lowering Springs

Hi Guys,

I hope that you are all well

This is my first post since introducing myself as a member. Im slowly making progress... I now have my PRM installed, just purchased a front upper strut bar (ive seen the mixed views on this so wont mention it too much) and I'm currently looking at the front lower strut bars and lowering springs.

I have read that alot of people rate coilovers and although I can see why I feel that I could live with just lowering springs and use any surplus cash for other features which I would prefer.

Ok now to the point, I think I have narrowed it down to Eibach or Tein.. But what is also important to me is the ride height. I want the lowest ride height I can achieve from just lowering springs. Can anyone give their opinion or experience on the best spring to go for?

Thanks

Marcus

All the lowering kits seem to be the same - about a 1" drop front and 1.5" drop rear.

I do believe the 2 you mentioned will give you that drop

Whilst this post is about if you just fit lowering springs what else is advised to do along with just fitting the springs? Stuff like the geo or replacing/upgrading parts to compliment the springs

Depends on how much they drop by >1inch you need the other goodies IMO.

I remember Sneakfish telling me he has bump steer with eibachs.

Thanks guys, had a search on a few threads beforehand to give me a better understanding. Just wanted a bit of reassurance before I pushed the button.
