Yep thet are well know & very similar in construction to the Nitron's.

Not so common over here.

Sportyking does come on here, he has/had an 04 IOP with a few mods try PMing him with some questions or search his post from some more info.

They will be harder than stock - compare the spring rates to stock for an idea of how much harder.

The Aragosta spring rates are far too high for UK roads IMO
