while they're under your car give em a can of grease and tell em you want to see it emptied round the bushes...

However, after you lower the car you will need a full alignment and this can only be done if your bushes are not seized.
One way of preventing those bushes from seizing is have your allignment done a lot. I have had 4 done in 2 years
