Default locked out!

Took my car into the Oxford Honda dealer for service and MOT yesterday evening. they have phoned me today saying could they have the spare keys as they have locked the keys in the car. Not the boot, but the car! lol. is this possible?
had to pop home at lunchtime to pick the spare keys up. I don't think I'll be getting it back tonight as they have only just picked the keys up. You gotta laugh

If you unlock the car, close the car door, pop the boot with the keyfob and then close the boot, the car relocks.

At least mine does or something similar.

You'll probably discover that the roof has been down the entire time

I thought there was a device to stop you doing that, or does it only work if keys are in the Ign.

You can "lock" the car while the door is open with the fob, but it actually locks when you close the door, i guess if you were in the car and forgot you done it then shut the door? still seems like hard work to lock the keys in!

Now locking the keys in the boot is easy, try it with the compartment locked, then work out how to get them out! Haha
