Default Lloyds Honda, Carlisle

My car was in for it's 72k service today, and I decided that I'd had enough of Springfield's poor quality and service, so I'd travel the 40 miles over to Carlisle.

What a difference in customer service

I was sent a letter, and called on Friday to check that everything was ok, and to confirm the work that needed doing. The service manager knew my name before I introduced myself.

The only fly in the ointment was that I asked them not to wash it, and they did. However, the service manager - Neil - was very very apologetic about it. He had me worried when he came up to me looking very guilty and said "I'm really sorry about this sir!!!" (He'd obviously heard of Rahula's issues )

You can tell those Romans never had S2000s - severe lack of twisties there

Good to hear you've found an alternative to Springfield. And if the weather's always like it is in those pics, you've got a 40 mile hoon to look forward to ...

You should have come down for the NE drive last May, Euan 20xS2000s all hooning along this road for around 20 miles
