OEM all day. There are replicas for cheap on ebay but hear that they can be a dodgy fitment. Might be worth a pop though for £120?

Just found this on ebay for 04-07 model years. No idea how good or not they are but does suggest no mods reqd as direct fit etc

The above type is similar to the one I bought for my last 'S' (approx £65 new of Taiwanese origin), and I found it fitted quite easily.
It did however need some pulling & cramping to get it around the bumper ends so don't even think of pre-painting with these.

As it happened I twatted it on a cattle grid 2 months later so for me it was a waste of cash!!

I wish I bought the lip for sale on here late last year now. I was being tight over a tenner and totally regret it now.

The eBay ones don't usually have the fitting gasket like the OEM ones which makes them look a bit odd I think + they don't always fit that great to start with.
Keep a look out for an OEM one or buy a genuine part...

Thanks mate ,i bought it as a set with airwalker side skirts,if i had an ap1 bumper on my car id never sell it.it would fit far better than my ebay ap2 replica lip.
