Hire / borrow a car of same make and colour as his.
Get a copy of his number plate made up and attach to hired vehicle.
Drive through an active speed camera at over twice the speed limit.
Watch him sell his car 2 month later after he has no license.
This obviously means breaking the law twice, so I don't suggest the above, etc etc etc ;-)

1. Don't stereotype, and remember that simple doesn't mean wrong. I presume the intelligence point referred to my typo in "anonymous"
2. I read your earlier posts, so the answer of what you should do seems obvious.

Simple may not be wrong, but it can certainly be not bright enough to expect a response.
Ever thought why stereotypes exist?
The intelligence point had nothing to do with spelling. I've explained it above.
As for 2. as in my response to TimD, it's your opinion that my next action should be obvious.
I welcome the opinions, because I asked for them.
Accepting them is not the same thing.

Stereotypes exist due to laziness and an unwilligness to consider individual cases on their own merits. We all knew that.
On a serious note, what are you looking from (the cut-up driver, not responding to my posts! ) and why?

A question.
Is this to 'teach them a lesson' or is this purely to extract some satisfaction for their misdemeanour?
The answer dictates the course of action suggested.

"Face to face" doesn't mean "Steaming in, guns blazing" Zero. I don't think anybody has suggested steaming in, guns blazing.
