I had a lightweight flywheel fitted when I had a new clutch. Got it from hardtopguy, I think it's an ACT one from memory.
There is no difference in driveability that I can tell. Revs pick up faster, yes much better for heel and toe :-)
So in short, what everyone else said ;-)
