I thought the S seat had the metal handles in the bolsters to stop it collapsing?

Has anyone ever taken the problem of the drivers side bolster going soft with Honda whilst the car is under warranty. I know its wear and tear but mine went crap after 5000 miles and that wasn't excessive getting in and out.
Just expected the foam to be better quality as now it feels like there is nothing there

maybe these are famous last words - how hard can it be to do a DIY replacement of seat foam?
grab a block of foam from an upholsterer shop and a hotwire/black&decker mouse to shape. or just get upholsterer todo it for you - surely cant be anywhere near

I added extra padding to the bolster when I fitted heated seats - not difficult.
Just add a layer of 1/2 inch thick soft foam or rayon fibre cut to shape to cover the whole bolster and it pads it out nicely, also pushes out a lot of the creases in the leather.
You can buy on the net or from an upholsterer.
Don't be afraid to DIY. It's easier, cheaper and more satisfying to do it yourself

First up I'm seeing if Jeff @ Hard Top Guy can source this foam cushion for me at a sensible price. If it's still silly money (more than likely) then I may consider the DIY option.
I'll also try and source some of that leather threatment as well. I'll post up my findings
Cheers for the part numbers and links folks
