Welll it's up to you but by the looks of that, you've had water ingress for some time. Plenty of info on here about how to get to the source of the problem.
Guess you'd best work out how to fix it

Best done in a garage or under something dry and you're probably tgoing to need a pack of StormSure Black to glue things back in place.

Someone with a better knowledge of consumer law will be able to give chapter and verse, but regardless of price or glamorous business premises etc. a trader has a statutory obligation regarding product and service quality.

It'll still be less than 12 months old, won't it?
Might be worth giving Ray a call to say that you're going to try to fix it because you can't travel at the moment, but you'll get it back to him in the future if it doesn't work.

I have a very similar problem to you, the passenger side seal collects water overnight and dumps it all over the seat as soon as I start to accelerate.
My roof needs replacement anyway so got it booked in for a new roof and a fix of the seal at Jack Smiths next week!

I would have assumed Jack Smith would have been contacted before this thread made. Nothing like starting a thread on an owners club forum without even getting his response. That is one sure way to cheese somebody off.
Perhaps a thin coat of hammerite may resolve the issue
