Default lacking power

Hi all, for a while now i have found my car a bit gutless and flat, i noticed that my chrome exhaust tips were covered with alot of black soot, i wonder if anyone has had this, is it normal or is it running rich, if it is what is the cause do you think?

Hi Nashby,

It could be good to get the car on a dyno to check the fuelling. It will also give you an idea if it is down on power. If it's rich it will lose power, as you say.

Might also be good to clean the tips and see how quickly they soot up.

And an ECU reset can't hurt.

PS - you need to edit your signature as it's extremely large!
