On the basis that the last thing that's changed is probably the cause of the new problem, sounds like TDI haven't tightened the adjusters up properly.
9Meister in Warrington have done several owners cars from here for ~£80 and they know their $hit from preparing Porsche race cars
I never took my S to TDi North as they never had a 4 wheel laser kit.
That may have changed now though.

That's the only reason I can think of.
Alignment should be done at normal ride height, so the droplinks are in their normal positions. Slackening off the droplinks could mean the alignment is affected when you tighten them back up again.

I could go explain the ins and outs as to why...but it's basically because they will be abnormally stressed if you don't, and Chris at CG says so too
The geo won't be out after reconnecting them...I've had a fair few geo sheets to prove otherwise

Funny, Chris has never slackened my ARB drop links, or mentioned it when geo'ing my car Perhaps his rates have increased since Feb

as you said it doesn't alter after reconnecting them so they can't be stressed, this would only happen if you had a bent bar or differing ride heights side to side

as you said it doesn't alter after reconnecting them so they can't be stressed, this would only happen if you had a bent bar or differing ride heights side to side

No he just tightened it up. Didnt get a print out with it as it isnt connected to a computer.
