Keith Michaels (insurance broker) sorted me out a good deal on insurance, negotiated adding my CAI to the policy, and have always been very friendly - I will most certainly be using them again.

Not only that, but now I have had a prang, Keith Michaels have passed the matter onto a company called Performance Car Hire, who are taking all the pain out of the situation.

They have sorted out a replacement car (a nice car, i was expecting a fiesta or something but got a Z4), are negotiating with my insurers (so I don't have to deal with the Indian call centre), and are doing all the communications with the third party's insurers.

I don't want to ever have to go through all this again, but I am so impressed with all of this I felt inspired to post ! I would be a stress-ball by now if it wasn't for the help we have been receiving.

So if anybody is looking for an insurance renewal, I would heartily recommend Keith Michaels. A good cheap (for me) deal, but more importantly an excellent level of service.
