Default K&N Typhoon CAI

Has anyone got one of these on their S? I like the concept of the filter being located under the front splash guard. This obviously stops the heat soak issue associated with 'air box cover off' syndrome. I've used K&N filters before and always been happy with them.

Opinions or appreciated.

i asked a similar question when I saw them advertised by ABP Motorsport in EVO recently. Apparently, there's a far better K&N system in development (according to Cheshire IIRC) and that's probably worth waiting for. Plus its
