Post Just Had The S Undersealed

Hi Guys,

Since my S is 9 in march, and the factory underseal looked a bit tatty,I thought it was best to get her undersealed.

So a short trip down to Garage R, in Barnsley, where I let Rob get to work, with the spray gun. 2 hours later, and the S looks like new underneath and is now ready for the winter.

Heres some pics, sorry about poor quality camera phone.

What details were involved and how much did it cost you?

Basically exhaust was removed, and all obvious parts masked. sprayed all under chassis and in wheel arches.

I know you dont have to mate, but It made things alot easier, and Rob wanted to do it right, not just spraying every where. He even protected all the brake and fuel lines.
Yeah - its good stuff - worth doing if you are going to keep the car!

Basically i masked the calipers and sprayed everywhere.....

The car always stinks for a few weeks afterwards

Excellent, good work

I did mine 2 days after picking up the car, from brand new.

You know it makes sense

Looks well done. I'd like to get my 'S' done too but don't know of anyone in the Surrey/Sussex area that does this sort of thing then it's trying to find one that is reputable and does a good job.

If people are really struggling to find decent person to do the job, I can have a word with Rob, and maybe arrange a day dedicated to undersealing your cars, should be able to nagociate a discount too.

Would anybody be interested? I can personally vouch for his work, the garage is very easy to get to, virtually off Jcn37 of the M1.
