Default Judder when accelerating

I have been driving an MY03 for a couple of seasons now, very happily...
But recently, an unpleasant judder has developed to the point where it's becoming unpleasant to drive.
I raised this with the local dealership at last service, but they fobbed me off, saying it was not a problem! Well it is.

Symptom: judder / shaking / wobble.
Does not appear until above about 45mph
Worse at between 3-5krpm
ONLY HAPPENS WHEN ENGINE UNDER STRAIN
(I thought to start with it was just balance, but have had tyres replaced / balanced with no improvement, then noted the car is smooth at any speed as soon as I disengage the engine. Presume this rules out alignment too.)

Any ideas, suggestions very much appreciated, including suggestions for a specialist in the south west (Bristol / Cardiff) who could take a look. (Not impressed by Honda dealership!)

Ta.

Sounds like a driveshaft or propshaft CV joint issue.

Almost definitely half shafts.

Is/has your car been lowered or set at an exaggerated camber?

It's a case of sourcing 2nd hand ones or getting them from US. HUK will rape you silly.

Sounds like the half shaft issue I have although I'd describe the issue as a vibration which is particularly noticable under load.
