Default Johnsons in Slough

Since a change in job, I'm now just round the corner from Johnsons in Slough and as the car is coming up for a service I thought it worth checking on here whether they are any good. Has anyone used them recently?

Thanks
Nicky

Don't be phased by Marissa though. She's a Customer Service girl and most likely to be your point of contact. She doesn't waste time or suffer fools.

She is abrupt to the point of being very rude. She doesn't listen very well, and is your typical customer service monkey, a little bit of knowledge is dangerous. She will bullshit at you and even when you tell her she's wrong she'll keep trying to bullshit.

Can you tell she's my favourite person

Saying that I have absolute faith in the behind the scenes lads. Car always looked after well and they even fixed an ongoing stalling problem (had been intermittent for about 2.5 years - numerous runnins with Slough and Honda UK), in the last service (don't know how but I'm not complaining )
