I take exception to your post, are you inferring that I'm lying?

Sorry chris as a MOD you forgot the smilie on the end of that!

All I am saying is if you were offered an unregistered car at that price the dealer got it wrong! Be assured they will be paying the difference to HUK

You don't always pay the sticker price - I'm sure you are good at negotiating.

We know enough that the engine going is not an isolated incident.

Horses for courses. - if you are looking for an 08 or 09 S - would you want the one that with the replacement engine that has been fully inspected or one that is still unknown if it will be an issue.

I would have thought you would have bought another S by now. It's the right season to do so.

End of the day - the car is warranted.

But you decided on a new car which may perhaps develop the same problem in the next few months, I would have made the same decision as you though.

I am just saying that £25K is a joke, i hope thay are open about its history thats all.

Gents oh & Ladies (for the sake of forum decorum)

My own feelings are that the original Snowy (TWW) should not be advertised for sale as it is not yet completed for retail sale, & it needs to run in again IMO.
As i know Gaspode will agree, the deal that was done was not between Bristol Honda & Gaspode, it was between HUK & Gaspode, did i act as a mediator on Gaspodes behalf,(I feel sure he knows i did) therefore who owns Snowy (TWW) the answer.......... HUK.
If HUK require a dealer to sell the car on their behalf, accept the liability of having sold the car, & return them (HUK) £XYZ then so beit.
Hey Ho if it's still for sale in 3 months time then they need to reduce their stand in value & cough up for the cost to change between Snowy 1 & Snowy 2.
Sti Vi what HB posted was on my sayso & was incorrect (S@*t i hate being wrong) but am big enough to admit it when it happens.

Sti vi I may have been wrong on cars for sale, however I am not wrong on cars needing to be registered for dealers... Believe me if after June you can buy a car for that price I will go halves and make a profit... The dealer will be at a loss!

I know Gaxxy was heavily involved.

And a fantastic job he did for me on my behalf.

And Gaxxy is correct - Snowy is the property of HUK.
