ahhh I must admit I did wonder! I'll be a bit more careful in checking whether a searched post on this forum is from UK or US in future! lol

Cheers guys. Warm up and reset it is, then!


edit: spot on gents, the warm up worked.

So now they're all the METRIC correct gap , and aren't seized in the wells.

Technically speaking you shouldn't refit plugs without changing the seals.

Have a look at those little crush washers on them

And what torque setting have you used?
Honda revised the numbers as a few were, errm.... 'ejected' from the head

19lbs/ft now isn't it? Was 12 IIRC.

As above, the heat from the engine should be the answer.

I'd get yourself a new set of plugs from eBay mate. You can get the full set delivered for about £40
