Ive got the shakes!
I have new ebc discs and red stuff pads all round but my car is shaking when i brake from speed. It seems at its worse when slowing down to around 40mph.
Bearing in mind it cand be warped discs, what else can it be? Alignment maybe? Any ideas??

Has it only happened since you have changed the discs ??
If it wasn't happening before then you (garage/whatever) have possibly not fitted them correctly. Are they the grooved ones, it could just be this depending on what you are used to, they are a 'different' to normal feel.
Either that or you have re-iterated my opinion on EBC products

It done it before the pads/discs were changed so i dont think they are fitted incorrectly. I do have 18" wheels on the car though so I guess they could be out of balance??

First thing is to get the wheels re-balanced.
Then either inspect the calipers properly, or take the car to an MOT station where they can do a brake bias check.
Possibly then look at alignment.

Have you got drilled and grooved discs? also like metioned have the have the wheels balanced, has the car been parked for a while? you may have got flat spots on the tyres as a result!

so it only vibrates when braking, and did it before new discs were fitted?
You've got run out of some sort in your hub. It might be crap under a disc that has prevented the disc from seating correctly and therefore runs out. The hub itself might be warped.
You need to get someone with a dial test indicator to check for run out on the discs and then on the hub itself.
