Dont use ITG. They contain a lot of oil, lot more gunky that other filters. why's that a problem? Well it does catch a lot of dirt, but the gunk quite quickly ends up in your intake pipe and will slowly coat the MAP sensor. Given that it controls the fuelling, its not a good thing. Many Subaru's have had failed MAF sensors from ITG's - when they fail they cause the car to fuel lean - which is rather dangerous...
K&N are the best in my book, cant fault their products at all.

ITG do some great filters, they are not all oil based most of their road ones are now 3ply foam dry filter, depends on car and application. www.bhpplus.co.uk supply them and can advice on the specific application if you give them a call.
