....when you've just had your car serviced? Suddenly everything feels tighter and you feel like red-lining all the time! Had great fun on my way back home from Phoenix Honda in Falkirk today.

2 yr service, 15,000 miles (just under) on the clock.

I think it's driving the courtesy car - reminds you how lovely the car is when you drive it again

I had that feeling today after I drove my car back from the dealership. Unfortunately it's only the placebo effect as all they did was inspect the suspension bushes, pre mot inspection and take it to another garage for an MOT.

I'm now

Well I haven't had a service but had the MOT done on Friday. When I went to pick it up that evening I noticed something different......had 2 front tyres and to top it off, they put Pirelli P6000's on Unfortunately they're gonna have to stay on until pay day so I can get some S02's

Oh, and had the camber and tracking done today.......feels a whole lot better now to drive, so I treated her to a clean today

It could be worse.. I've got P6000's on every corner

They're all going in the bin at the first sign of spring

The garage I went to to have traking and camber done, Dave Sheldons, had a set of 00 wheels...very scuffed and the rears had S03's on. If all wheels were in better condition than mine was gonna ask for a swap.

Was it anyone on here who recently got a set for 18's (I think) off Dave Sheldon ?

Mine's in today having its 27,000 mile service and the rear seal on the HT replaced after some dolt (ie me!) stored the hardtop the wrong way round on its stand. And what have they given me to biff about in?

A bloody five-door Civic Type-S. It might be a perfectly nice hatchback but compared to mine its a bag of manure. Roll on 5pm when I get the GT back!

I remember what mine was like after I had the 54k service and put the new spark plugs in, it felt like a brand new engine
