Hi Guys,

Just a quick email to introduce myself before asking some silly questions.

Basics are, bought a new S2000 in 01 MCB, lovely car, bought a new S2000 in 07 in MR, lovely car + TC!

Now looking for a 3rd dip into the S2000 market, but this time going back to an early plate, not looking to pay much more than 5k TBH as it will be a daily. Can I expect a clean car for this money? I will of course go to a few dealers but kind of guess that private sellers will have more to offer at a similar price. Any gotchas on the car at this age? was thinking just a clean, high mileage car (due to budget limit) with recent service and MOT...

Any help appreciated, had a look around in my garage the other day and found a carbon front lip for an AP2, that is what started me thinking.

Also, car history is that I have just sold my Chim (excellent car but showing its age) and my current daily is an Ariel Atom, so still loving the honda buzz after 10+ years.
