Default Interior Detailing

I foolishly cleaned the interior trim yesterday with Auto Glym 'Vinyl & Rubber Care'.

Unfortunately this has left a shiny finish (2nd hand car dealer style) which I don't like.

Are there any products available which remove this shiny coating and restore the trim to the original matt finish ?

Thanks for help.

I use a pack of Armour All MATTE dashboard wipes. easily available for a couple of quid at you local Halfords.

As above, a warm soapy sponge will help get rid of the shinny crap you've put on.

Xd sells stuff I would recommend for this. Avoid the stuff from hell frauds bar the matt wipes mentioned above, they're good (I use them on our White kitchen )

This stuff is the best you can buy and can be used to smarten up/protect seals and the engine bay components...

Do not use Armour wipes they'll ruin your dash

for what it's worth - you can use the AG stuff in two ways - RTFM

It clearly says on the back how to get a shiny finish, and how to get a matt

I use that and Megs interior QD.
