Grahamb- titanium is a pretty close match for Moonrock, but if you want a lighter one, you can get them in 'silver' as well, which might match your silverstone better ?

Plus, a small advantage is that if you park with your roof down, no thieving git can nick your tax-disc.

[QUOTE=UK_S2000,Jun 21 2005, 07:43 AM] How do you work that out?

They must be a pretty dumb criminal!

In this day and age I still wonder why we have to display a tax disc.

If the DVLA know if we've paid for one or not, why is there any need to show one? Surely anyone who needs to see if we've got a valid disc can request the info from the DVLA?

Or maybe it's because all this stuff we see on the TV about the DVLA knowing they know is and that's why we have a poster at work urging people to report violators to the local police?

Tip: Note down the serial number on your road tax. That way if it does get nicked, you can quote the serial number at the post office and get a cheap replacement, rather than having to buy a brand new road tax disc to replace your nicked one with.

I can't remember exactly which number it is you need to note down, and I don't have a car at the moment so its not like I can go out and check!

I know the Richbrook ones screw together for security of the disc, but I have seen a few that have fallen off the screen because of their weight! So not very secure then!

I have a magnetic one like Simons!
They are very thin and unobtrusive, I never park the S out of sight with the hood down so no one is going to nick the dics anyway.
