good.. most of us are burners.. i'm all for stopping speeding outside schools but as had been said that's not where people speed so there's no revenue in it for Blair et al.
they also often use the 'excuse' of a bad crash etc to put one up when it was caused by a stolen car (which will ignore speed cameras anyway).
