I agree with my esteemed colleague Dr San , during my track sessions this years, you are in a difficult situation when you have a rolled car. Serious spinal injuries and the patient is paralysed if you move him. I can understand you wanted to get him out asap with fuel pouring out though. However if the patient is fully conscious, after a few checks you could clear serious injuries.
I had a very close near miss today. Coming up to a small roundabout in a little village, I was slowing down. Some nutter in a crappy KA pulled out of a pub car park from the right without actually looking to his left. I slammed on my brakes and he continued going. I thought my bumper is screwed. Not until I slammed my horn did he actually stopped. Inches from my bumper. What does he do, waves me by No apologies, nothing.
