Just tried Leggy's trick with my other half's insurance on her Rover 200 - she's had two claims over the past two years when she's had alloys nicked, etc. None of the claims have been her fault, but she lost all no claims. This is incredible!

Spurred on by everyone getting insurance quotes, I thought I'd have a go myself - particularly as I should be picking up my S2000 soon (yippee!!)

theinsurancecentre.co.uk - above 3 grand (??!)
theaa.co.uk - above 3 grand
tesco - 1798.65
tesco with "leggy blonde trick" (the better-half) - 1731.45
elephant.co.uk with "leggy blonde trick" - 1618.58

I'm amazed that I could almost half my insurance just by shopping around, and then reduce it further by ADDING another driver!!

Wierd!

Now, I just can't wait to get my car - can anyone lend me theirs???
