Float your mouse over the red lookin' bit on the milage sqaure, if track days are included it'll tell you.

BIG BIG tip. Put your girlfriend / wife on the policy (even if you don't let them drive it) and you will be in for a shock. Mine went down from 1459 to 979 !!!

Admiral were the cheapes for me - slightly cheaper than Elephant.co.uk which is strange as they're the same company

Yes Ae have responded to the Insurance Police.
