Flux have always kept me on hold and then quoted frankly comical quotes.

Bunch of chimps best avoided IMHO.

I never have a problem with service, calls get answered quick and when they say they will call back they do, the paper work comes through quick and they always (in 6 years on 2 cars) beat my best quote. I cant complain about their service - would just hope their first quote is their best quote in the future.

I can't complain either. And renewal or not, they've always been cheaper than everyone else for me. It's a bit hard to negotiate on that basis.

I'm with Swiftcover - no problems. Agree on the e-mail vs. fax, although they are a bit slow with the dealer end of the relationship

Owned the beast for a while now and seem to be always being stung.


I have tried to usual array of soulless internet providers (ALL BASED ABROAD!!!)
and they seem to be even worse.
