£677, which was good for me considering I was paying £620 for the civic. I'm 29 and unfortunately Greater London isn't the best area for insurance

1300 was the best I could do. 25 5years NCB nice area but sadly 6 points on my licence. I guess I deserve it! I don't know where to go to get it cheaper.

One thing I've noticed is the time frame in which you need it

I used go compare to get mine at £800 (25 4 years no claims, no points etc) but that was only because I had the results saved from a previously saved search which I'd done earlier that week. Same company, same car, but it was more expensive when it did it 4 days later to get it insured for the Saturday I picked it up

Anyone know how hot insurance companies are on mileage?
