I always seem to have problems searching for things on here. I assumed typing "insurance" would work but no threads came up at all.

(Thanks MOD's for adding to this thread)

Try Bridle next time, they knocked 75 off my Flux quote last year and give much better customer service

How is so cheap for some of yous?

I'm 28 1 year now claims (will explain) garaged, 6k a year and being a accountant (queue the jokes) £800 multi car policy with admiral. 4 cars on the policy. No convictions, finally lol.

Some complete moron reared my s back in October an drove off will I went into a 60mph spin and hit the barrier on a slip road in Glasgow. Lost two years no claims along with a beautiful S and my pride.

Maybe its the Glasgow area??

Yup. Its one big postcode lottery so pretty pointless trying to compare with others who are the same age etc.

My neighbour moved from only 2 streets away to here and his insurance went up because 25yrs ago someone had a garage explosion and had a big insurance pay out therefore this now seems to be a high risk postcode!

Surprised how cheap insurance can be for the S now. £ 180 fully comp £ 400 excess with Saga (embarrassing I know but I am that age). Rural, garaged, 5000 miles, no commuting, no business. 2002 car, no mods. Anyone done better?
