I paid 1100 through Admiral Multicar for my S2000 when I was 21. Its unlikely he will be able to insure it for as cheap as I was though, expect to pay 1500+.

Best reply yet!!

Insuring my s is one of the least enjoyable elements of owning the car however, although the price I pay isn't what I'd refer to as a low-cost, I will confirm that the customer service is impressive and I can always, always get through to an individual when I want to speak to them. I go through A-Plan as the broker and have been insuring through them for several years. Such is the quality of their service (personal), my parents have swapped to insuring their cars with them.

You get what you pay for, most of the time.

I've been with Admiral (or one of their sister companies, bell or elephant (diamond aswell i believe, but not been with them))since i started driving 9 years ago, i'm now 26 soon to be 27 and i just got my quote from elephant for my new S2000 (not picked up yet) for £606

Thought that was pretty good.

I've just accepted my new insurance

last year I was through Adrian Flux and paid £880, this year I'm with Competition Car Insurance (Aveva) through a broker called Bridle and they quoted me £760, and this include 5 trackdays, which last year I basically paid 100 quid a pop for

I'm happy

23. 6 years no claims in a Liverpool postcode, mods declared £900. Fully comp and can drive other vehicles. Pretty happy with that tbh!

I went for Admiral multicar this year, surprised how cheap as normally I go for A plan or sky, this year was looking like £550-600 again until I rang admiral.

£570 FC for my s2000 and gfs Clio 1.2. S2000 £350 and £220 for the Clio.
30 yrs old 8 yr NCB and living in Thatcham so good postcode.

S2000 was £400 on the S2000 alone with Admiral which is still good
