Any reccomendations for Young Drivers?

Flux and Chris Knott Wont cover me as to Young,

Best so Far is Admiral and found that from Confused.com

How old are you? Elephant quotes me at 1067, I've tried quotes increasing NCB and my age to see what difference its going to make each year, seems that it's only going to drop
