At 20 year old you are a high risk driver
You have no experience of driving in the UK
I'll be blunt and say, it sounds like an accident waiting to happen. I think you will really struggle to find cover from a UK insurer, if you do, the price will reflect the risk.

Go to NAAFI Financial on base when you get there; they should also have a website. They offer vehicle insurance for Service Personnel, and will have a better understanding of your situation than many brokers.
Some companies apply a premium for Forces, so if you use a Civilian insurer, you may wish to state your job as "Government - Foreign".
