hi all, read on a post but cant think for the life of me where, but does anyone know of a place that u can send injectors to be clean etc, and are they easy to get out?

the S has just turned 124k and they could proberbly do with a clean, like most of the engine, one step at a time, however thinking of overhauling most of the engine who knows

Where are you in the UK ?

I know a place in Crawley called Austec that does them ultrasonically .... they mainly do TVR's but at the end of the day an injector clean is just an injector clean - I think !

Doesn't the liquid stuff the dealers stick in the tank clean them out at a service?

I have used Austec happily for a good few years and try to deal with Paul Austin the owner - though he is a pain to get hold of as they are often busy being a very well known TVR inde .....

I have no idea how much they charge for injector cleans but it may be worth a call as they are 5 mins from the M23 so as you say, not too far.

I asked a couple of places, but they had no idea if they could do them or not. DMB recommended another though who may have tried a bit harder.
