Been a few around recently. Seems that Tim's PC is broken and StevenM is too busy fiddling with his cogs.

Jo, you and Chris have been quiet lately, how did you get on with teh Assessor - are you holding him hostage 'till he writes off your car?

Jo, even if the assessor says to fix it, the answer is NO! You are best putting a safetly and buisness case to your Insurance Company why the car should be written off and not repaired. As far as I can see the current bill for the car is huge, so makes no sense.

After all you are the customer and you can make them sit up by asking for a guarantee in writing that the car will be passed as 'safe' by a a qualified Honda UK agent that the repair is saitis. If they are not prepared to do this, tell them you are not prepard to have it fixed.

You have to fight these people as, the bottom line is, they are defending their budget in the Company thats all. At the end of the day they go home and don't give a stuff, while you worry about whats going to happen to your pride and joy.

Good luck.
