Mike - I live within spitting distance of Westgate Honda, Grimsby. I travel to York in order that I don't have to use Westgates in Grimsby. However, if you do travel, let me know and I'll come and meet you.

Many thanks for the kind offer - I might well take you up on that if I do head down there to take a look at the car at Grimsby Honda. Nurby blue 08-reg (Rev 4 10 spoke wheels so MY07 car - it does have an 07 engine number and VIN - they dropped Nurby for the Rev 5 anyway) 14K miles. 2 owners and the only thing that bothers me is that the first owner was a company and not a private individual - would really prefer a one private owner from new car.
I had found a nice 6K mile black/black 08 but it is a MY08 and I just don't fancy taking the chance with the engine issues if I don't have to. Black/black is my preferred choice though....
Still I've got the cash waiting for the right car so we'll see what comes along (-;

Is that cheap or a good price for a quick sale? was hoping the value of ours would have held up a bit better.

Update - My local Honda engineers have now heard the noise.
I rolled it down on the way home from work so await Honda's response which will come tomorrow.
Will write more when I know.
