I've got an import and I've removed the import square mount bracket thing.

Where can I get something to fill the holes (I've seen pics of plastic caps)?

I'll be getting a 3/4 size one and then working out where to mount it. Currently 3m taped into the window.

Here you go matey.....

www.fancyplates.com

If you go into the constructor section you can choose it in there. Its not the motorcycle one, its called the 3/4 size plate.

You can buy a full set of plates ,or just the front one.

They provide an excellent service - I always use them

Not ashamed, quite proud

I just don't like plates "stuck" on the front of a car. I had the plate on my MR2 in the window for 18 months before putting it SO far back in the rad intake area it was silly.

How hard is it to get the front plate mount off?

Guys I'm not going to sell the UK bumper if I put the JDM one on that I have.

It currently looks like this;

Problem is when I remove the plate it looks like this;

The idea with the JDM bumper was to get rid of all the holes and washers to allow a "Shipley" style plate either tywrapped to the grill in on the bumper.

Mine's a JDM so I had 2 bolts to remove and everything fell off. I was delighted.

All I have is 2 holes with threads. These I use when I put the 'normal' plate on for an MOT - and for the other 11 months and 3 weeks I stick this one on.

I'm not sure but the UK ones seem to have many more holes - I expect its for health and safety - those fools get everywhere !!
