No one go near this place. I have a reliable source that says all their cars are very dodgy. I did think odd that they stocked so many S2000s. They have maybe 8 or 9 spread through eBay, gumtree and the like.

I was going to pop in the other day. Was literally round the corner from there.
So you are telling me my car is dodgy then, even though I've had 5 off them and it has been extensively worked on by Daytona Dave
If you don't have personal experience you ought not to trot out rumours from mates
Full history cars, I know the garage that they asked to "bodge" the history for them but they refused.

Yes you can't judge the cars purely on the reputation (or past reputation) of the dealer just going by the odds they must sell some decent cars or they wouldn't be in business, even if it's by accident. The "other thread" clearly shows if you get a good car from that dealer great, if you don't and end up buying a pup then you will regret it right through the courts. Like all deals for cars or whatever go in with your eyes open.

I went to see an S2K at this place a few weeks back, the salesman Sean is so full of crap. I wouldn't go near this place again, dodged a bullet by not buying from there.

Agree there must be "some" but after the garage told me about their approach to bodge the history is think it was my duty as an S2000 lover to warn fellow forum members.

It was an "essex white" based joke. Nothing personal.
