OK thanks, you are definitely right about ludicrous prices. I didn't know before buying the car that part prices would be this steep, if it was a german marque I would expect it.
I was after the rear number plate panel part that goes in the rear bumper. Enfield Honda quoted me £121 +VAT (and were quite arsey on the phone). Lings quoted £75.87 +VAT painted so went with that.
I'm also after the driver's door window weather seal. Enfield Honda quoted me £91.48 +VAT. Lings quoted £66.47 +VAT, seems expensive for a seal so didn't pull the trigger on that. After seeing a picture of the part I'm hoping I can bond the seal back to the clips that are still on the door inner panel.
I'm not entirely sure which bits you are after, but you may get a few more pounds off from Si at Hendy, you need to give him the "PFKL" reference you can see on the Lings site.
If you are getting a leak from the seal, have a look at this thread, some useful stuff there: https://www.s2ki.com/...ng-roof-thread/
Checked Si's site for the bumper part and it was more expensive.

The weatherstrip is £19, isn't it? http://www.lingshondaparts.com/honda...block_03=23874
number 4 and 5 from that link (unless I have the wrong part, if you can give a link on Lings or the PFKL number, that would help a lot more than your photo.
Ask Si in his thread, he will probably do you a better price.

PFKL785312 (Right) or PFKL785676 (Left)
Numbers 2/6 £79.76 so the price is what you were quoted on the phone.
Ask Si for whichever one you need and see what he can do.
This guy on Ebay may be able to sort you out with second hand bits: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/integrastel...fsub=498698119

So, the one you showed is in fact the inner and is circa £20. The one I need is the outer and is circa £80 on lings. Only 4 times the price for outer compared to inner!
PFKL785312 - Door Moulding R
PFKL771413 - Garnish, Rear License (in moonrock)
ETA - just saw your post above.
