My mate's bird has just been given a brand new Volvo S40 diesel and he reckons it's the best thing since canned beer. But then he does drive a Ford Fucus.

The beater is an interesting idea and one that I have certainly looked into, however I just bought a pushbike instead to going back and forward to work on:
