Just had a look - it's a Pioneer unit.
There are various numbers on the label, none of which is obviously a model number. Try some of these for size:
DEH-M7137 ZH
CJTW000042EW
39101-S2A-G311-M!

In the hour and twenty after my other posting I have gone out and fitted the Lucid rears that I removed from my previous car.
This involved taking out the head unit and as Mark says its a Pioneer, mystery solved. (I have photos, will post later)
I did not see any preinstalled wiring for headrest speakers, there was a square plug socket behind the passenger side rear panel but I saw the same style socket on my previous 01 S.
Install was fairly easy but getting the HU facia back on was much tricker than on the 01. On the 04 there is a plastic trim around the centre console that has a lip on it which makes getting the angle to push the facia back on much harder.
