I am hoping someone would be kind enough to lend me an AEM v2 ECU for about an hour.

I need to plug it to my car and upload my map then complete a couple of pulls to redline whilst data logging.

I'm having voltage fluctuation on my engine sensors and everything points to the ECU. I have had the ECU checked by AEM (which they say is fine) but I need to test another one to be absolutely sure.

Engine loom bells out fine, grounds seem good and sensors have been checked or replaced.

I can either drive and meet or if you would be willing to send it I will pay insured postage and "a fee" for you letting me borrow it.

just had exatly same problem with mine, replaced with a haltech unit and all is now well.

The haltech is a much better ECU aswell, my tuner has work with aem's for a while on honda's and never really liked them, he thinks this one is bloody brilliant! He does usually work only on race cars with SBD MBE ecu's though.

They are however more expensive.

Could be corrosion on the pins on the ECU.

I've just cleaned them all up with a small wire brush and Electra clean.... Still no joy.

It's going back to AEM again.

Just out of interest who are you dealing with at AEM? Apparently mine is an isolated case!!

I've same issue before however they look to have fixed it in later revisions, which is denoted by the version sticker on the casing.
